Halloween in Prescott, Arizona, as you may know, dear darling internet, is probably one of my absolute favorite things. I try to go up to Prescott for Halloween every year and feel absolutely cheated and gutted when I can’t.
Behold! Halloween in Prescott 2023!

David and I went for a few days, getting the CUTEST hotel room at The Motor Lodge. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time it has been a peach of a stay.

We spent the afternoon wandering around Prescott, testing out a new hole-in-the wall Thai restaurant, shopping, and OF COURSE visiting our favorite bakery for some elevated Halloween treats at Pangea Bakery.

My halloween dress from unique vintage

Okaaaaay, the Halloween clothes from Unique Vintage have been getting better and better every year. I instantly saw this orange/black nearly floor length dress and knew I HAD to have it. It will forever be my ghostess with the mostest dress LOL.
Okay–but now for the real reason we came to Prescott: HALLOWEEN.
There are two major trick or treating neighborhoods in Prescott: Mt Vernon, and Country Club/Park Ave. These are both gorgeous historic neighborhoods and the city closes the streets and everyone, not just parents with kiddos, come dressed up and enjoy Halloween while kids run from house to house trick or treating.
I love how some houses switch up their decor every year (#goals) so every time you go, you see something new.
Behold!

The guy in the pic on the left…just came riding in on his horse NBD.

This house is my favorite:)

This house was having an entire Halloween party in the front yard with a live band and guests handing out candy. Honestly that would be MY DREAM.

this amazing neighborhood haunted house

This home every year puts a haunted house in their front lawn. It’s rather sophisticated for a home grown haunted house. There’s a giant maze, complete with flickering lights and they recruit students from the local college to dress up to jump out and scare guests. The line for this haunted house was ENORMOUS. But it was totally free! We waited forever but it was SO worth it.

We’ll end with this gorgeous Halloween archway that led to a home. Isn’t this amazing?

Until next Halloween!
Xoxo
