Ahh, yes, Trooping the Colour. That wonderful time of year when the British Royal Family come out in full pageantry. I anxiously await Princess Catherine’s outfit and Prince Louis’ antics.
Trooping the Colour this year was obviously significant following both King Charles and Princess Catherine’s recent cancer diagnoses, as well as putting to bed the absolutely insane/ludicrous “Where is Kate” crusade *rolling of eyes*.
Trooping the Colour, in sum, is the official birthday celebration for the sitting monarch held every year in June regardless of the monarch’s actual birthday month. There is a King’s (or Queen) Birthday Parade that finishes with the Royal Family making an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the Royal Air Force “fly past” over the palace, with the Red Arrows leaving red, white, and royal blue trails in the sky over the Buckingham Palace, ending with the “God Save the King” national anthem playing.
It’s all jolly good and wonderful *said in my best British accent* but most importantly, ahem, is what the princesses and duchesses will be wearing LOL.
Ohhhh, to be an English rose!
Anyways.
These are my favorite pictures from the event.

We’ll end right here with the wonderful, wonderful Wales!
